That code is a back stick count failure. You want to look in your ink loader, see if there is a stick jammed, twisted, broken or in anyother way out of place or hung up in the slot. Be sure you loaded a 8550 stick also, since the shapes on the different phaser printer sticks are all different. You may have to carefully remove the black sticks and reload them. You can take a screw and screw it into the ink stick, slide it back and remove. Most likely you will find a gap in the ink sticks causing the problem. Here are the Xerox support page instructions.
Open and close the Top Cover to resolve the problem.
If the problem persists, arrange the ink sticks until there are no spaces between sticks of the same color.
Check for non 8500/8550 ink sticks jammed in the ink load chutes. If non 8500/8550 ink sticks, whether manufactured by Xerox or by a non-Xerox ink vendor, caused the ink sick jam, contact support to place a service call.
