Error: "Failed to initialize selected scanner"
Trying to load this scanner with factory supplied disk on a newer computer running Windows 7. Instructions say to load PaperPort first, then the driver. Driver on CD did not work, but one downloaded from Visioneer finally worked. Computer sees the device, but I can not scan - I get this error. What do I do now?
