Error message installing ubuntu 11.10 using windows 7
How do I install ubuntu booting from cd downloaded from unbuntu site with windows installer. I have changed the boot sequence,it does not recognize the cd?

When you download an iso. that's not bootable right from the download. You have to use an iso burner to unlock it and make it bootable.
An iso is just a compressed file of an OS
