My printer prints black pages perfect, when attempting to print color my yellow is out of line by 2 mm, so I can not print green , orange, or any color that needs to be mix with yellow, I have bought a new set of drums and a transfer unit and the problem remains the same.

When you try to calibrate through the menu, it fails and this message comes up,error occurred sc285, functional problem, turn main power switch off then on if error appears again, call service.

it there a way to manually adjust the yellow color by 2 mm left or right, has any one experience this sort of problem before how was it solved.
