I bought HTC P3300 a few days ago. Bluetooth worked fine till few hours back. Now it says "Problem in Blue tooth Hardware".

Tried restarting the phone, soft reset, but in vain.

Searched net, the solution says Hard Reset. But I want to search other possibilities available. I do not want to lose all my contacts, data and applications.

Please advise. If hard reset is the only solution, then kindly suggest me some free software to sync my phone and laptop so that I can take a backup easily and reinstate it.
