I have an HP T45 all-in-one printer. I took the color cartridge to Walgreens for a refill and when I reinstalled it I kept getting the message "remove and replace color cartridge." I figured Walgreens probably screwed it up so I bought a new cartridge. The new one works fine but I am wondering why the refilled one won't work.
