First try entering into SP mode by pressing: Clear button>1 0 7> and press and hold the Stop button for 3 secs. Then switch off and on the copier. If SC 541 code is still there, check the following in the fuser unit: Fusing thermistors defective or out of position Thermostats open circuit Power supply board defective Loose connectors of Fuser unit.
