I tried to use the monogramming feature, but there are 2 issues I faced. 1) I couldn't figure out how to get the machine to use lower case and 2) When I decided to just use all upper case, when I went to sew, the pressure foot did not seem to be in the right position and when the needle started sewing, the needle broke. Scarry for me because it almost hit me in the eye! What's the secret for monogramming?
