Europro 464xc Sewing Machine
I have a 91 year old customer who is frustrated that the needle moves when she is rethreading the bobbin. I advised her that this may be normal for this model but that I would get back to her with a definite answer this week. Would anyone know if the needle is supposed to move while rethreading the bobbin? My little customer would be relieved as she thinks she's doing something wrong.

I bought EURO-PROX 464XC with broken hook, but I know about broken part only now ( one and half hour after perchase ).
Could you please tell me where I can buy this part of this sewing machine.
I am an engineer and I can repair this machine myself.
I am old (71 year) and I don't speak English well . I am learning English in ESL school now
