Evaporation drain hose - crack in plastic case
The passenger floor board is always wet. Found the evaporation drain hose and the plastic case surrounding it or encasing it has a big crack in it - all the way through the firewall. We can silicone it but the crack goes through the firewall to who knows where. Can anyone help me?

If you don't want to take unit out. use an old tyre inner tube, cut it open and cut it so you have enough length including an inch extra, spread the selent on to the tube you just cut and using a metal like ruler or long metal fold over on end and push it and the rubber with the selent on it along the crack and through the fire wall. then when you have made it through the fire wall pull back the metal and leave to dry and set. if its a round area use a flexible plastic, bit harder to get it lined up to go through but still the same. this will seal the crack and make a new seal on the fire wall so any water that does come out will go out side were it should be going.
