Is it raining alot? are you adding water for splash out? to much sun tan oils? do you have stabilizer in the pool? What is your ph?There are so many variables Most of all you really need a salt water test strip to make sure you are close to 3000ppm anything lower than 2700 or so will make problems same thing if you are over 3600 or so.
keep your filter running by itself till you get close to the 3000ppm then try generating salt again. This should solve your problems If not, if you have a valid receipt you can call intex for up to 2 years and get a free replacement
