Every time I try to backup my c: drive using
Every time I try to backup my c: drive using Symantec norton ghost 15, it fails with following message:
-Cannot create the recovery point.
--Error E0BC0014: The value, "SME~Computer~BgMA3674E39Region-0~VMA3674E39Region-0-1", is not within the range (The only valid value is "~") of parameter Source Volume.
I am using Windows 7 ultimate.
Kindly suggest what to do.

Turn of system restore in windows 7 and then try with norton make sure ur disk has enough space and make sure windows default backup is disabled
