Everything has disappeared from my SD card and when I use a recovery software, all of them only seem to find the photos before them
My camera, along with the SD card, fell in seawater but I wiped the contact tips with alcohol. When my camera dried, I plugged it in and I couldn't view the photos, so, I plugged it into my MacBook Pro and found that the name of the SD Card was the name given to every "my camera-formatted-SD cards".

I'm afraid your SD card was internally damaged by the sea water. They're not hermetically sealed. Sorry about that outcome.
