Everything is plugged into my amp yet the red led light stays on and the amp is not hot...and it was just playing the other day for 10 minutes then shut off and wont go back?I also just got my ground wire repositioned to a better place and the main power is secure on my battery

This sounds like you are not getting good enough amperage to your amplifier. You either need a better fuse on your power wire or you need to check the fuses on your amp. If all fails than you need to make sure your rca cables and the blue antenna wire are attached correctly and are clear of touching anything they shouldnt.
