Everything was great- but wrong tel number!

You had generously responded to my inquiry about a needed part for a Friedrich Quietmaster RS12J10. I had mentioned that the front grill is held in place by two separate white plastic holders that screw into the actual unit, that the grill then clips onto and that I need to replace those 2 little plastic units.
Unfortunately the tel number was wrong. The lady that answered, Patty, wasn't too pleased! (The number was: 800-338-3790).
Would you happen to have a different number? Thanks so much.

OOPS, Sorry it was a 888 number and not a 800 number!
