Report "--everything worked fine for our first 4 years until tonight--we turned it on as usual but got a read out on the display as follows:REM OFF(or on) and we couldn't get the controls to work--I read in manual to hold all 3 buttons down but that just turned the remote on or off (we've never had a remote system). I checked the filter basket in the spa, checked everything I could think of-it all seems to be ok but this heater's LCD control panel. Can't get it to go back to reading anything but REM! Any ideas as to what I should do?"
