Everytime i try to install the windows 7 driver, it keeps telling me to connect the device, but it is already connected to my pc. how do i solve this?

You need to disconnect your device, remove the drivers reboot your system, reload the drivers,
then when prompted reconnect your device. good luck!

still not installing, EXACT same issue, reads "please plugin USB Multi channel Audio device device" That's right it says device Twice!
