Excessive water in the bottom of the refrigerator but none in the underneith drain pan, everything is cold in the refrigerator and frozen in the freezer, what can be the problem? How can I fix it?

The problem is the water tank located behind the lower drawers,the hoses press into the tank on rh side,usually crack or deteriorate @ point of connection-must replace the tank itself
