Exhaust leak I have an exhaust leak, I believe at the exhaust manifold, on my bobcat. It is about 15 years old and is a model 753 with a Kubota diesel. I need to know how to get to the manifold so I can repair the leak. Looks to me like you have to remove the radiator and some other shrouding but I would like confirmation on this before I tear into it
I think the exhaust on that east-west mounted engine is on the rear\ back of the engine. No good news. Have to raise the cab and go through that way with a long extension, I use 1 or 2 36'' extensions with an impact swivel socket. Spray WD-40 on them before hand and let soak for a good while. After you break them loose, use a long magnet to catch\ hold them coming off. Going on you can use some regular paper INSIDE the socket to hold the nut firmly in the socket. It's kinda like shooting pool. Good luck
