Extending the power cable
Hi there,
Is there a safe way of extending the power cable for the sportster 5, so that i can run the plug to the back of my car? Is it possible to just cut it and solder new wires to it? Would that ruin anything?

Provided that your soldering skills are sufficient, you should be ok. Just be sure to observe the polarity (don't switch the wires around) and use an adequate sized wire.
