Exterior mounted Rinnai tankless water heater not
I have an exterior mounted Rinnai tankless water heater not getting hot water. Temperature dropped to 17 degrees overnight and my propane is only 10% full of a 250gal tank. We are getting cold water fine, but nothing out of the hot. What is problem?

What is the outside temperature? If it it is below freezing, you might have a frozen pipe. Using a plumber torch heat up the pipe, if it works, replace the insulation using a heavier layer.
Check to see if you have a blocked line on the hot water side
