External Hard Drive is not accessible or readable
When I plug in my External Hard Drive into my computer it shows up but when I want to open it, it comes up with an error of
E:/ is not accessible.
The parameter is incorrect.
I have a feeling it wasnt properly stopped before i took it out last time as it had frozen up.
I turned it off and on again to see if it fixed it and now all of a sudden it makes the same error but also sounds like there is a ball bouncing up and down inside of the hard drive!!! Can I fix this and save all my data or should I take it to a professional.

I recommend that you take it to a professional. your driver has error on it and the expert should restore your data from it before the disk going stops working completely.sound like a harddisk hardware error.
