I have a 320 GB WD MyBook External Harddrive, it was working fine until I moved my desk and computer, now when I plug it in the green light comes on, but instead of the familiar whir of the drive running, it has a faint clicking noise on the inside. My computer doesn't recognize that the drive is there so I am unable to run any kind of virus scan.
The drive isn't responding to the power button on the front, it turns on automatically when I plug it in, and all it does after that is click. To turn it off I have to unplug it completely.
Any help will do.
