The memory card is not the thing at fault ginko, this device has its own internal memory apart from the card.
If it is coming up with an error saying unable to access internal memory, this is a known problem and Navman says that some units are defective and you just have to take it back to where you bought it or give the manufacturer a call and they will take care of this for you easily with no problems and you can then get back to using this.

Yes, that is a problem with SD card, You need to replace SD card, as unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no other way to clear the error. If message does not clear after replacing card, you may also need to restore file system. Here is Fixya thread regarding same f20 problem.

Remove memory and put it back, if it still does not work memory is probably faulty.
