Take trays out flip it over look where trays were for rubber roller, maybe 2 one on each tray its in the middle, found it???? now give it a good ol' clean even the bracket that holds the tumbler hehehe hope this helps, this usually happens when left alone for a spell, nothing serious....... "I HOPE"

Did what you said and seems to have fixed the problem.
