Having the COMBIVIS software will make things easier as well as allowing you to make parameter list, use the scope and give you more access to the functionality of the inverter. E.OC means that there is an "Over current" situation on the output side of the inverter. Potential short in the motor, motor leads or output of the inverter. Remove motor leads from inverter and try to run the system. If error does not show up, the problem is most likely external to the inverter.
