It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board. I have this model tv. For me the sound and standby power is working. Tv can be activated with chrome cast. Picture is black, but when I put a flashlight against screen I can see a faint image.
When the tv turns on, there is a quick white flash before going black.
I tried to diagnose the cable going from the main board to the LEDs. The 6 pins gave me readings of 9 V, 9V, 0V, 0V,11.5V 11.5 V from left to right.
I'm wondering if these readings are normal. I'm suspecting something wrong with the inverter or my lights are done.I have this model tv. For me the sound and standby power is working.
