Facebook app has disappeared from the startup page
The Facebook app has disappeared from the startup page. The App Store shows it is open when I try to re-download. To open Facebook from my IPAD I must go to the web and login to Facebook. I need to know how to get the Facebook App back on my start-up page so I can go directly to Facebook on my IPAD. Thanks

Remove all of it's data completely and re-install it.
If it won't workout, then try to restore the factory settings and then re-download/re-install that.
