Iam getting a dailouge box like " failed to get proc address for get logicalprocessor information (kernel32.dll)" . what can i do sir

Bad internal function call in whatever software it's trying to run at that moment. If it's Skype delete Skype from the control panel, download a new copy and reinstall from scratch
