Failed startup I'm getting an error message that says 'Windows Vista has failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. i have a HP TouchSmart IQ504 PC. I do not have the recover cd either! Please help! my operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit edition with Service Pack 1
