Failed to heat food
The light,timming&power were on.The plastic container on the glass dish was turning but the food was not hot at the end of the time.The Microwave is very new and has only been used 3 times before this problem came up.

I'd say it's a loose connection at the magnetron, a bad magnetron, or a bad high voltage diode.
If it's less than 30 days old, I'd contact the dealer to exchange it for a new unit or a refund.
If it's over 30 days, but less than the full warranty period, I'd contact the manufacturer (see the owner's manual) to get in touch with your nearest local authorized servicer.
