Failing to receive sms messages from certain providers
I'm having trouble with my sms messaging and am trying to determine whether this is a blackberry issue that I can fix or an issue with my service provider.
My provider is ATT and, while I can send sms messages to anyone, I do not receive them from Alltell customers or from Verizon customers. This is a huge nuisance.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is most likely a Blackberry issue. I had the same phone with a different provider as well as the Blackberry 8703e and they both missed a lot of SMS messages.
The best solution would be to try to stay in an area with a high connection when you're expecting important messages because the problem with the phone itself probably can't be fixed.
