My PC has given me many years service it then suddenly refused to boot, turn on mains supply press start and drive lights etc flashed for split second then stopped with just power light on after several attempts of turning power off and trying again it would fire up - found reason by accident, dissconected power to 2nd hard drive and it worked ok! fitted new HD now back to normal - this may help someone.
