Fan doesn't come on
I have an intertherm gas furnace the problem started when the circulation fan would not come on at all whether or not the thermostat switch was in the off or auto position now im noticing that when the burner kicks on it only stays on for about three seconds

First is the blower motor casing hot to the touch? If so, the motor is probably bad, capacitor good? If the blower isn't running the burners will shut down due to overheating. You could have a dirty flame sensor, circut board problem or loose/bad wire connection.
