fan motor located

2004 grand prix gt where is the blower/fan motor located keeps going on and off do u think it is a loose wire or is it just going to heck thanks

Locator on passenger side interior, follow carpet to fire wall, blower motor is facing upwards, might need to remove under dash panel to see it.
