Fan Repair My inside air fan's first two postions don't work. What is the part called that is behind the glove box that I need to replace to fix this. Also, my power window on the driver's side does has a mind of its own. It will lower when you start the car and doesn't always work. What is the master switch called and how do I take the door apart to change it. Brian Kreis

On your "inside air fan" problem, sounds like your blower motor resistor is going bad. That's the most likely part to wear out first. These are normally under your hood near the blower motor itself. Although, since your car is newer, the position of the resistor maybe different.
As of the power window, sounds like the window switch is going bad. I do not know enough about this car to tell you how to remove face plate. Normally they do just pop out though. Please don't quote me on that since, I don't know that much about this vechile.
