If it is a white line all the way down the card, most likely the printhead has a burned out pixel. The only fix for this is to replace the printhead.

most likely, you have a damageed pixel, and when making a print, its causing the line.
you might want to try to clean the printhead with an alcoholic pad with 90% or higher alcohol.
if that does not work, the printhead will need to be replaced.
i assume when you are looking at the card in landscape, the line is going from the left to the right.
