I had purchased aW700i model on September 08,2007.The IMIE No is: 355271015554676.For the last three month I am facing software issue with my cell.I had given it to the Authorised Sony Eriction Servise Center (Sony Servicing Center,Gandhi Nagar,Berhampur,Orissa) in Berhampur,Orissa.My Job Id No is:E30B310508-2 and Complain No is :SE7135930.As per he technical comment a wrong mother board was installed in my cell.As my cell is running under Guarantee period,it needs to be corrected.But the service center people in Berhampur has installed a used motherboard which is also faulty.I found my cell hanging again and again.Inspite of complaining to the respective service center ther are harassing me and threatening me.I need imediate action other wise I will go for consumer forum.You can contact me by +91-98614-18372 or by [email protected].
