Hello! I've located Dimplex wiring diagrams. Please send me the exact model number and physical size.
Has the unit worked in the past or is this a newly installed heater?
You can perform a few tests now in order to get you up and running ASAP. Unplug unit and remove the top...Locate the printed wiring circuit board...Determine where 115 vac enters the board...Plug the unit in...CAREFULLY measure for 115 vac at the two fast-on connectors that bring power into the unit....Unplug the unit...Using a bright light and magnifying glass inspect the circuit board for any apparent damage; Stop there.
Send a comment with requested information and test results.

Hello! The two connectors bringing 115vac into the printed circuit board are labeled as such. There are two other fast-on connectors that are labeled +12vdc and gnd. (return for 12vdc). I suspect the +12vdc is not being produced.
I am still here!
