Fax Settings I want to commence using our 1515MF fax. The phone line will be used for both fax and voice. I have connected the phone line but the fax is activating for fax transmissions and voice calls. The fax and phone have separate numbers. I understand a setting has to be altered so that the machine will ignore the voice calls. I would appreciate any help that may be available. Regards Sid43

Two items you need to do. Press user tools and go to fax settings from there you need to turn of auto fax reception and change to manual. (keep in mind, that when a fax comes in, meaning you pick up the phone and hear the fax tone, you will need to press the green start button to activate the fax sequence).
Also make sure you telephone is plugged into TEL and phone line into FAX/
