Fellowes P-45C Shredder, - Blades not Spinning or Turning when the Motor in Running. The motor runs when the shredder is turned on (Slider to the "I" or "R" position) but the blades do not turn - they do appear to be engaged by the motor. I tried turning the blades manually but they do not budge. Thank you
