The first time I used my Dirt Devil Vision Turbo - I loved it! The 2nd time I used it (I didn't clean out the can because it was only 1/4 full) it didn't have full suction. I noticed the dirt would collect at the top of the dirt reservoir at the filter. The only way I can use it is to blow out the secondary filter with an air compressor for every use. This can't be normal.
