My shower head seems cloged. When the shower is on , cold water comes out of one of the connections. When you are taking a hot shower, even a slight stream of cold water hiting you is very uncomfortable..
I soaked the unit in a cleaner but still no luck. I could not get the filter out , even with plyers. I think i read last time i installed the unit,to keep filter clean, but how can i clean the filter if i cannot get it out. This is the second Shower head i had to replace in two years. I am getting frustrated. I need a shower but the cold water is killing my back.
