FIM90 spray head
I have cleaned this unit replaced the spray nozels and replaced the pump the problem is that it will spray water and start to make ice then the spray from the nozels peter out and just sees to circulate never spraying on the freezer unit it seems as though the pump is not working right. The old pump and the new one do the same thing.
On the other hand if you put it in cleaning mode it will spray all the time so I just can't figure it out.

I had the same issue and replaced the control box. Mine is now making ice. The problem was a relay in the control box.
So what happens after checking the voltage??? I have the same problem and was about to replace the pump... what do I need to do to fix this lack of spray in the "ice making" process?
OK. If the water bin is low during ice making, the spray is not strong. If I add water it sprays great... so- is the water inlet valve not working or is the controller not controlling it? When I first start the machine, I hear the click, and water flows into the top, but after it starts making ice there isn't enough water to spray correctly. What do you think??
Attach a volt meter to the pump wire terminals and check for voltage fluctuations while in the freeze mode.
Simply verify the pump has correct voltage and the pump is running.
Next make sure the pump impeller is pumping water.
Third make sure the water lines and nozzle is not restricted.
