Fire in microwave
Microwave will not power up. control panel not lit at all. verified power to outlet, and replaced 2 20A fuses. still no power to appliance. if an interlock tripped (flame or high temp), would it automatically reset or does the interlock need to be replaced?

Seems like I've answered this one, too.
Two 20A fuses?? In a recent GE?
The interlock is a door switch, not a thermostat or thermal fuse. A thermostat will reset (unless defective) but thermal cutouts and thermal fuses are one-time devices.
