Firewall ssue. I have a compac presario 5710.There is a problem wth my network access.A firewall is blocking it.That is what a recent diagnostic test revealed.I have Norton antivirous.What firewall may be causing the problem?

There are 3 possible firewalls.
1)Norton- disable it
2)Windows- Disable it
3) Router- Should allow normal traffic to apss.
Internet Explorer also has security settings you need to be aware of.cjeck them also
