Fresh install fro iolo website of SystemShield 3 Internet Security with all current updates.
When attemting to start either the AV engine or the firewall, the window reverts back to the original wording and I receive the following 2 identical error messages: " the component 'ioloSystemService' is required for iolo AV to operate properly and could not be started".
I have tried installations in Safe and normal modes, uninstalling with REVO Uninstaller and then manually editing the Registry for any leftovers, rebooting and/ turning the computer 'off', downloading with/without an accelerator, and installing a fresh copy over the original fresh copy. I scanned for malware etc, found 10 and successfully removed same and the 'starts' still failed.

Please follow the procedure laid don in the following link. Remember that the reboot at those point is a must. If this does not work then restore the PC at a date earlier than the one you first installed this AV SW.
