Firmware update of 2012 OKI MC562DN
Actual firmware update tool tells 'printer not found'. OKI support says 'printer is too old', I have to carry it 30 miles to a support center, so they perform an initial firmware update?!?

Then sorry but that is what you need to do. OR buy anew printer.
We have no firmware or software here, if it exists it will be at the factory support website.
