Fisher & Paykel dryer orange glow under dryer while operational
Is it normal for a orange glow to appear under the dryer of gas dryers? It was recently pointed out that while dryer was running a orange glow (as if there was a fire under the dryer) appeared. I have unplugged the appliance and seek advice.

Gas driers use a flame to heat the drum for the drying so there will be a flame some where in the unit
when in doubt get in a technician to check and /or repair
