Five or six labels print and then it stops and says I have a paper jam, but the paper is not jamed. I have the vertical gap set at 0.120. I have had TEKLYNX try to help me and they think it is a sensor problem. I don't have a manuel for this printer

Are the labels white or pr printed?
Try to recalibrate the sensors;
